SATEL Product Security
SATEL products protect people, homes and businesses. If you have found a security weakness in one of them, we want to hear about it — and we would much rather hear it from you than from an attacker. Reports sent here are read by SATEL’s product security team. You may write in Polish or English.
What to report here
Anything affecting the security of a SATEL product or service:
- Intruder alarm systems — INTEGRA, VERSA, PERFECTA, MICRA, BE WAVE
- Wireless system ABAX 2
- Communication and messaging modules (GSM/LTE, TCP/IP)
- Access control — ACCO NET, ACCO
- Fire alarm systems — CSP, ACSP
- Alarm monitoring station software and receivers
- Mobile applications and PC configuration software
- SATEL online services, including satel.pl
What does not belong here
This is not technical support. Questions about installation, configuration, wiring, warranty or repairs will be closed and redirected — please use your usual SATEL support channel.
Also outside this channel: raw output from automated scanners with no analysis, missing HTTP headers or TLS settings with no demonstrated impact, and denial of service achieved purely through traffic volume.
What happens after you report
- Within 72 hours — we confirm we have received your report.
- Assessment — we reproduce the issue and tell you whether we accept it.
- At least every 14 days — we keep you updated while we prepare a fix.
- On release — we credit you when the fix is published, if you want that.
Signals of active exploitation, a severe incident or a threat to users are assessed immediately, independently of these targets.
